BTL Vanquish ME vs. Coolsculpting – Which One Is Right For Me?

Body sculpting technology has seen an explosion of innovation in the last decade. Procedures are more accessible than ever, with non-invasive results that are truly mind blowing.

With all of the options out there, how do you choose the procedure that’s right for you? Let us help!

When it comes to choosing between Vanquish ME or Coolsculpting for body sculpting, here’s what you should know.

What Is Cool Sculpting?

Cool Sculpting is a type of body sculpting treatment that uses suction and controlled cooling to freeze fat cells, which are then eliminated by the body.

This procedure targets smaller areas like the inner thighs, chin, arms, above the knees, and bra-line. During the process, it’s normal to feel some tugging, pulling and cooling when the applicator is applied. Overall the procedure is relatively comfortable.

Typically one or two sessions are required, ranging from 35 minutes to 75 minutes long. On average, it takes 60-90 days to see full results from treatment and patients usually see a 20-25% reduction in fat in the treated areas.

What Is Vanquish ME ?

This non-invasive treatment uses radio frequencies and heat to target fat cells. The heat damages the cells, which are then flushed out by your body. Ultimately this results in shrinkage of the area.

The procedure is completely no-contact and painless, you’ll simply feel a warm sensation during and after treatment that will dissipate. Plus, there’s no downtime! You are free to resume normal activities immediately after treatment. We usually recommend 4 short (35-45 minutes) treatment sessions, one week apart for maximum results.

One of the major benefits of Vanquish ME is that it is very effective for large areas and results in a noticeable circumferential decrease. For example, patients who have this done around their abdomen typically see a 2-4″ reduction.

This type of treatment is ideal for areas like the abdomen, saddlebags, or thighs.

Some people see results in as little as 2-3 weeks although full results can take a couple of months. Studies show that the results can be very long lasting with documented visual reduction over 4 years later.
